At Sanctus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
